1. Overview
Kollersi Apps ("we", "our", "us") builds apps designed to respect your privacy. This policy applies to all apps published under the Kollersi brand:
- KFilms — Video streaming and local media player
- KPlayer — Universal video/audio player
- KDown — File downloader
- KMusic — Music player and streaming
- KBooks — E-book and audiobook reader
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync:
- Media library (file paths, titles, thumbnails)
- Playback progress and watch/read history
- App preferences (language, theme, sort order)
- Downloaded files
2.2 Data Synced to Cloud (Optional, Opt-in)
The following may be synced to our secure cloud storage to enable cross-device access:
- Your media library list (file references, titles, metadata)
- Playback progress
We do not sync: actual media files or payment information.
2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect location data
- We do not collect contacts or photos
- We do not use third-party advertising SDKs
- We do not track you across other apps or websites
- We do not collect device identifiers for analytics
3. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Purchase receipts are validated through Apple/Google's servers.
Subscription plans (where applicable):
- Monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions
- Managed and billed by Apple or Google
- Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings

- Account data: retained until you delete your account
- Local data: remains on your device until you clear cache or uninstall the app
- Cloud sync data: deleted upon account deletion request
To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected] with subject "Delete My Account".
7. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us immediately.

You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data upon request
- Opt out of cloud sync at any time (use the app in offline mode)
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures:
- JWT tokens stored in device Keychain / EncryptedSharedPreferences
- HTTPS for all network communication
- Firebase security rules to restrict data access to authenticated users only
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

2.2 Dữ liệu đồng bộ cloud (Tùy chọn)
Dữ liệu sau có thể được đồng bộ lên cloud bảo mật để truy cập trên nhiều thiết bị:
- Danh sách thư viện media (tham chiếu file, tiêu đề, metadata)
- Tiến độ xem/đọc
Chúng tôi không đồng bộ: file media thực tế hay thông tin thanh toán.
2.3 Dữ liệu chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập
- Không thu thập vị trí địa lý
- Không truy cập danh bạ hay ảnh
- Không dùng SDK quảng cáo của bên thứ ba
- Không theo dõi bạn qua các ứng dụng hay website khác
- Không thu thập định danh thiết bị cho phân tích
3. Mua hàng trong ứng dụng
Giao dịch được xử lý hoàn toàn bởi Apple App Store hoặc Google Play. Chúng tôi không nhận hay lưu thông tin thẻ thanh toán của bạn.
